WHY DO I FEEL SO HURT TODAY?

I shouldn`t be affected right? I was the one who decided to let go, right? I did it not because I don`t love love him anymore. I did it because maybe I was scared of many things that I don`t even know. I feel so stupid right now. I SAW HIM ON HER FEATURED FRIENDS' LIST ON FREAKIN' FRIENDSTER. Oh, jeez. It`s just a simple thing, ain`t it?! BUT THE HELL WHY AM I AFFECTED?! WHY DO I FEEL SO HURT?! WHY!? Jeez, I shouldn`t have felt sad when I saw him changing his status from 'in a relationship' to 'single' but WHY DO I!? WHY DO I FEEL LIKE THIS!?
I hate feeling like this. I`VE BEEN CRYING EVERYNIGHT JUST BECAUSE OF HIM! Damn, why do I cry over him!? IT`S USELESS! If I get back with him again, it would still end up like this! IT`S JUST SO STUPID! I miss him. Every bit of him. His smile. His hugs. EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM. I miss him so much. I missed the butterflies he always gives me. Why do I feel so stupid right now?! WHY!?
I want to move on. BUT HOW!? HOW CAN I...?

i knocked on the door, twice. i forgot what to say, so I blurted "uh, permission to enter." instead of 'sir, cadette *my name here* permission to enter sir.'
